キャンプの費用

In 2025 we offered a special price for all children, Y12000, to see if there was interest in Tokashiki Adventure Camp. This year we are charging the actual rate of camp which means an increase of about 8-12%.

All adults : Y20,000

1st to 6th grade and under: Y13,500

7th grade to 12th grade: Y16,000

 Sibling Discount

       2 children(per person)  ￥1,500 

       3 or more(per person)   ￥2,000 

Children of kindergarten age 4-6 can attend camp at Y10,500. However, they must be accomanied by a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian will pay the adult fee of Y20,000.

T Shirt: Y1,500

The price of camp includes ferry, all meals, barbecue, room and bedding.

There is a small store in the cafeteria building that sells ice-cream, chips, and other snacks. There are also drink vending machines. These items can be bought with whatever spending money you provide your child with. It should be noted though, that the cafeteria has great food three times a day, and we have found it to more than fill and satisfy the kids. So we would recommend giving your child not more than between Y1000 to Y2000.

How To Pay

1. Payment can be made directly by Japanese furikomi

2. Payment can be made at Belmont Church in person. Please call or write ahead to arrange time.

3. Camp payments must be made by the 26th of July. No payments will be accepted on the day of camp. We also urge everyone to pay as early as is convenient for you.

Cancellation

In the case you have to cancel, we have unconditional and full refund. However, we cannot refund Y1500 price of the Tshirt.

2025年には、「トカシキ・アドベンチャー・キャンプ」への関心を測るため、お子様全員を対象に特別価格（12,000円）を設定しました。今年はキャンプの通常料金を適用することになり、これにより約8～12％の値上げとなります。

4歳から6歳の幼稚園児は、参加費10,000円でキャンプに参加できます。ただし、保護者または後見人の同伴が必要です。保護者または後見人は、大人料金として20,000円をお支払いいただきます。

兄弟割引

　　３人以上（一人につき）￥2,000

Tシャツ： Y1,500

キャンプ料金にはフェリー代、食事代、バーベキュー代、宿泊代、寝具代、保険代などが含まれています。

交流の家の食堂には小さな売店が併設されており、アイスクリームやお菓子などを販売しています。 自動販売機もあります。交流の家の食事は一日３回充実したメニューを提供していますのでおなかを満たすのに十分だと思いますが、もしお子様が売店を利用したいのであれば、少額(1,000円～2,000円程度)のお小遣いを持たせてください。

2. 現金でお支払いいただく場合、ベルモント教会までお越しください。事前に時間の予約をお取りください。

3. キャンプ参加費は7月26日までに必ずお支払いください。キャンプ当日の支払いはお受けできません。また、ご都合のつく限り早めにお支払いいただくようお願いいたします。

キャンセル：

もし事前にキャンセルされる場合、会費は全額返金いたします。ただし、Tシャツ代の返金はできませんのでご了承ください。
